Hey guys, i'm going to buy a NINTENDO WII U SUPERMARIO bundled with MARIO MAKER. (amiibo etc)
What firmware it has?
Can i hack it? Can i play backups?

We don't know. Nobody knows. If it's a new bundled edition, Big Chance of 5.5.0/5.5.1 if she has already been used, maybe on 5.4.0 and there you can play backups.

The release of the 5.5 update doesn't mean the console released at that time will have it. It can take time to get new stock from the factories with newer FW.

All the Mario Maker console bundles I have seen have been 5.4.0 but it really depends where you are getting it from, also if the stock has been there since it came. You do have a better chance at getting 5.4.0 on this console though.

Yes you can , don't setup the Internet setting

Once you check the firmware if it's 5.4.0 then you are set, if it's above then you can still go online, just set up tubehax.

Ok, i'll buy the Wii U in few hours, the shop is 30km far. Hope it is 5.4.0 or lower

Loadiine isn't blocked, per say. It just isn't available on 5.5/5.5.1. I think you need to download mario maker from the eshop and I think that it needs an update.
