Well I just finished everything in this guide I want to thank everyone who made this possible I thought for sure I would never get cfw after 11.2 update for at least another year. At times I was hopeless that it would even happen and here we are today. I am now downloading games of freeshop as we speak lol words can't express how grateful and happy I am.:toot:

i am starting to panick.... what can i do now? should i restore my nand backup?
I read on here earlier not to restore...I think the battery thing is right. If you search in the larger safehax thread in this same forum I know someone said it a few hours ago.

brick risk using emunand i can keep sysnand safe, im afraid to install a9lh and 3ds here is too expensive, if i brick him i will not able to buy another.
I've put together money for months to buy a used OLD 3DS

a9lh has a slight brick risk initially, but afterwards you get brick protection because you boot into a9lh before sysnand or emunand.

You can trust us, its more likely to get a brick from a system downgrade (9.2) than doing a CTRNand transfer, its faster, easier and way better in every single way. There's always a small chance of bricking if you downgrade.
With arm9, you will be safe to upgrade your 3ds without worrying, and you can always restore a backup just by holding Start on boot. There's no reason to use emunand nowadays, other than having a shared 3ds and an emunand setup on Arm9, to keep both people's data separated.

Did you rename the "Decrypt9WIP.bin" to "up_Decrypt9WIP" and put it in luma/payloads?
like me, he probably followed the guide to the letter and did rename it like that.
and that is exactly why it went wrong, the file needs to be named up_Decrypt9WIP.bin

i WILL NOT risk my 3DS i already said I CANNOT BUY ANOTHER 3DS, i have only 2 original games but the prices is so expensive that i cannot waste money anymore
Strongal is right. The downgrade is a very large risk itself. It's a bigger risk than ctr transfer.

Sorry to anger you. I was trying to help.

Using the TitleDB? I install a "freeShop Launcher" but the app open, appear a black screen and closed to the home screen.
Looks like it got removed from TitleDB as well. Google "that iso site freeshop".

No thank you I do not have the guts to try this XD, I have a 3ds already on 9.2 with Emunand, and my brother has a 3ds on 11.2, and he wanted to downgrade to 9.2 since both he and I do not understand A9LH so we stayed with Emunand.

You should be able to do something similar. Without needing a downgrade at all.
Emunand + soundhax/safehax on 11.2 should be possible. Not as smooth as menuhax to get you into emunand, and not sure if you'd need safehax everytime you boot luma3ds via hbl

Or you could use this guide and downgrade to 9.2 instead of 2.1; its just ctr-transferring a different version

extra tip: make a homescreen layout backup(in home settings)
the sysnand restore resets game icons, you'll keep your folders but the games will be reset to the main screen.
i forgot, and now have to manually restore the layout using an old backup.
