Guru Meditation when setting up macOS X Tiger VM on Virtualbox

I got a Guru Meditation error when trying to emulate macOS X Tiger on VirtualBox. Any advice?

I got the ISO file from here: https://archive.org/details/mac-os-x-tiger-intelppc

(Note: I'm running VirtualBox on a MacBook Pro running macOS Big Sur.)
