In case some don't know, there been games featured on 3DS eshop that are running emulated versions of classic games. Examples are
By this point, it's fairly easy to extract the game rom to use on your preferred emulator. But what I want to know if it's possible to get the "on-the-fly" patches or even edit them that came with them to work on other emulators.
- Sega 3D classics collection. They feature games from Sega's 16-Bit era, Arcade and Megadrive/Genesis
- Virtual console games. Nes, Snes, Gameboy/color/advance and Sega Game Gear
