Hacking [Help] FinalHE can't detect my PS TV/ Vita TV

I'm currently trying to connect my PS TV/ Vita TV with FinalHE using my network and not the USB variant since it's not possible for the PS TV.
The CMA detects my PS TV perfectly fine but FinalHE doesn't. I gave it all the permissions and ran it on administration mode but it still won't detect the PS TV.

I'm trying to fix it for hours now but it won't work :(
