I'm pretty new to this so sorry if all of this wont help but it says "usb8", shouldnt it be "USB0"?
What type of external drive have you connected?
Make sure its in the usb port closest to the edge of the wii and perhaps check the directories in usb loader to where it will download the covers etc..
