PS1/2 How to convert bin/chd to pbp format?

Been working on PS1 emulation on the n3DS, this part of the process has been a massive headache. I can't use CHD since I'm converting multi-disc games too.

Haven't looked at PS1 emulation on n3ds in a long time but if it supports CHD at all then why can't you do multi-disc? I haven't seen an emulator that does support CHD that does not support .m3u which allows you to load and switch discs using any format - including CHD.
