I don't know how to update Luma or 2DS XL

I used NTRboothax to hack my 2DS about a year and a half ago, I want to update my 3DS but when I try to update via the Luma updater it tells me it's only for sighax/boot9strap users. I don't know if I have those installed lol and I don't know if I have the other option installed (a9lh)

How do I check? I know I have goodmode9 installed if that helps

the problem is luma updater is obsolete. Use universal-updater to update the luma file

Did you just use universal updater to update CFW then update console to latest through settings?

Yup but I made sure that luma actually updated to v13 beforehand
