no way kimosabe~ this is my house. just this ssf same as the ps3 version seems a little dry compaired to older versions of street fighter. theres so many good fighting games out, idk this one just didnt tickle me as good as the others have lately. i still have it though and i still play it.. but when im married to ellen paige on The Sims 3DS.... its harder to pick up something like ssf hahahahhaHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHASLDMFUHAHAHHAHAHAMAUAHHAHAHA.

Oh, and the only person that can say shit like that about Street Fighter 4, is one that has never played or never liked any other Street Fighter game.

.. All i can say is this will keep me busy until dead or alive or mercenaries come in. The only complain about this game (ssf4) is the laggy online competition. It really will ruin your strategy. Never the less, outside online, its a good game.
While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, you lost me at 'the only fighting game I like is SSBB'. That statement proves everything that's wrong with this thread.
SSBB is not a typical fighting game, and hence your taste is just different. Much like you despise SSFIV, I couldn't stomach that SSBB garbage for more than 5 minutes. I can't even tell WTF is going on half the time, I try to play that. Definitely button mashing heaven, and very different from most typical fighting games.

yeah I suck ass at this game too but I know the game is well made. Its most impressive of the launch titles and my inability to play doesnt make it suck. It means I suck!
It's a good fighting game, that is assured.
If you don't like fighting games like street fighter though, it'll be hard to appreciate it to it's fullest extent.

Right screw it its your opinion, but don't call it garbage. It has stealth online play(its very good) and it plays smooth for me.

Lag depends on your internet connection, so actually, there is no problem with this game.

Game is crappy imo
returned it after a few hours but yeah thats just my opinion

In the first SFIV you had to unlock many characters(Cammy, Sakura, Akuma/Gouki, Gouken, Fei Long, Gen, Rose, Dan and Seth) but since SSFIV came out you don't have to cuz all player were complaining about it Capcom made everything unlocked from the very beginning.
To the OP, I can only say SSFIV 3D is an awesome game cuz I love SF but as for u if you don't like fighting games then why you bought it specially when this game is a competitive fighting game(tournaments). If I don't like something I don't buy it even if it cost $0.01
Now that you bought it just give it a try I'm sure you'll end up liking it. Go to training mode and develop some combos
