Homebrew looking app combining anytitle deleter, wadmanager

there was a thread a couple of days ago, where a guy posted that he is building a new app based on anytitle deleter and some other tools, with a nice gui. but i can't find the thread again. can anybody help. maybe it was a newspost on some other page, i'm not sure.
