If you go on toruzz's blog you'll find a step-by-step tutorial on how to do it.
Even if this thread is not about Super Game Boy, look what I made... my very first SGB border!
And yes, I used marc_max's SGB Border Injector to do that.

It's full of glitches and bugs, and the color palette choices are not the best, if not even terrible.
A good colorization hack needs to have bugs polished before release, otherwise people will get mad.
So does the rest of the game. I hope we'll get a proper color version of the game in... I don't know, 10 years or more. This game is pretty large and colorizing it is not an easy task.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
