Hi, please, i need to hack my xbox 360.

Characteristics:
MFR DATE: 2011 - 07 - 27
DVD Drive: DG-16D4S

i've disassembled the console, here's some photos:

Full backup without Xbox live . I will spend the less as possible

Then I'd say RGH it.
You'll need a CR4 and a JRunner programmer.
Or you could pay someone to do it for you, if you're not confident by yer soldering skills.

CR4 will cost ~30 quid and a JRProgrammer roughly the same.

I Want to follow this solution. This will work on any dashboard? Is there a tutorial?

Chances of killing your drive is really high.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're not comfortable with it.

I was wondering... Is there a DVD Drive already unlocked or a piece that can i replace in the DVD Drive for gaining the result?

You can get a replacement board from TX, all you need to do is obtain the DVD key and flash it to the replacement board.
Replacements boards are expensive tho.

Need nand R/W, glitch chip(cr3 lite, x360run, etc), soldering skill....

If you got a compatible SATA chipset in yer PC then you can use that + Jungleflasher.
Otherwise, I'll need to purchase an x360 USB.

Like I said, if you're not confident about your soldering skills, take it to a modshop.
Total costs would be (I think for the modshop 100 max)
As for yourself, seeing it's made in 2011, I highly suspect it's a glossy slim aka Trinity board. (pictures don't load) so a CR4 and JRProgrammer is needed, which comes to maybe 50/60 in total.

Is it a glossy black Slim or matte black?
If glossy then a CR4 + JRunner Programmer is all you need.
