Emulation Homebrew Nintendont usb contoller right analog stick is reversed??

So I was going to play some Wind waker on my wii via nintendont with my generic usb controller.Then I realized that the C stick(right analog stick) was reversed.Like when you turn right,the camera angle goes left and it highly effects gameplay.Please help

That's just how it plays. It's difficult to find a way to remap the controls..
