was looking in to this project wanting to make prxpatch like Project Diva. that file you have is for items,video and menu stuff . the text for the game like story and cutscene are in \RomFS\talk\ep.cpk for 3ds. \PSP_GAME\USRDIR\cpk \ALL.CPK on psp .I'm posting this TEXT_EN.PAC file. It's from the 3Ds version. hoping this can help anyone who would have time to continue this forgotten project. Yeah, it's been a long time.
