Where can I find this secret theme? - I need to find this One Piece: Romance Dawn exclusive Theme.

Ok, so i am obsessed with this One Piece: Romance Dawn exclusive Theme and i have to find it i mean just look how cool it is, but man did i look every where i even used VPN and made my location in Russia as i saw another post talking about some Russian website had the theme but could not find it. I know this theme is still out there on the internet somewhere and i really want to find it. So if anyone know anything about it or where it is please comment it below.

It was part of a console bundle exclusive to Japan, so you know it won't be dumped at all.

You could try buying a sealed box from Ebay or Yahoo Auctions, but they're expensive.

Thank you for your kind words, yeah it certainly was not easy or cheep to track it down but it defiantly worth the search and effort. I hope you and the community can finally enjoy this awesome theme once again.
