Photo(Images) converter

Hey,

I tried to use my microSD from my Nokia phone on my Samsung...
Now it doesnt read the MP3 files or the pictures. It shows them as unknown file type.

So I converted the MP3 into MP3 on the computer... and the samsung phone reads them now.
I got ca. 1700 pictures, so I cant simply click on every single of them and open it with paint and do the "save as" thingy...

Is there any software that can convert the whole folder of pictures into the same image type? It doesnt matter if it converts into different image type, I can just convert it back..
