Hello i have just a quick question if anyone can help.
Can you use the Seeed XIAO RP2040, now i did see someone posted the pinout from the data sheet but will it work with picofly and if so what would be the pinout be for resisters cpu clk etc etc.

if it wouldt bin added to the picofly list i wouldnt have made a pinout for it :-)

I just haven't been arsed enough to upgrade to 2.65 firmware on the PicoFly, but I am on 16.0.2 HOS and booting fine with 2.64. Perhaps I'll update my PicoFly this evening ;P

The Switch firmware version has nothing to do with the chip, ever. The glitch bypasses the protection before the firmware even starts.

It certainly fit in mine, even with the kapton tape. However, I also turn my 0805 resistors to the inside of my board.

maybe the resistors are my problem...i will need to resolder them within the edge of the pico...

Use the second option if you don't want to cut the shield. Just remember to isolate well the bottom and the sides (as well as the top, obviously) of the RP2040 with Kapton tape.

Can confirm that when correctly positioned, it's a perfect pocket for the RP2040-zero board.

@lightninjay consider adding RP2040-zero board position for the next review of the guide if you wish.

i placed also my pico where the usb port side is on top...should be upside down for the wirings...the v2 on top of the metal shield is a very easy fit...but i struggled with the lite...

Hello, i´ve been reading this forum for days.
I did my try to use the picofly mod but after all i made a mistake trying to get the 3.3V point to the pico fron the point nex to the m92t36.
Once i finished the installation of the pico, my switch didn´t turn on, so i unsoldered everything from the pico and the switch starts but i got an error 2101-0001
I think that i caused a shortcut between the pins 5 and 6 of the ic and now my switch doesn´t charge from the C port. Charged the battery manually from an external source and i finally turned on the switch getting that error. Anyone knows how to test the ic or the value of the capacitor marked in red?
Checking back the pico i noticed that third resistor (CLK) was conected to ground because of the tiny path of the button removed so i resoldered with kapton tape between.
Also add some photos of how i soldered the other pins and the rudimental installation of the mosfet without flex. Used a mosfet DMN3033LSN-7 because its just 3 pins and i got it in stock but because of the error couldn´t tell if it works fine.

your errorcode is most likely a blown m92. but looking at the cap soldering you should replace the cap and the m92.
then it should boot without errorcode to stock fw.

question from my side:
i tried to update the chip from 2.64 to 2.65 using the toolbox.
placed the toolbox in /bootloader/payloads and the update.bin on sd root
after flash i powered the console off and on but chip is still on 2.64 :-/
led blinked red*ish after powering on.

any ideas?

yeah seems like that my chip is cursed...
the color after the flash-reboot is purple and not red...
i think its time for me to pull the plug here. first it kills my battery registers (still not solved) now it wont update.

hi, I try to update 2.5 to 2.65 with the toolbox and the update.bin, I have the message that I have to reboot, the flash is done but nothing, I'm still on the old version, something what can i do to make it work? thanks
