Okay mofos, I got a very important question.

HOW THE FUCK PEOPLE IN PRISON GETS RIPPED AF?

One of my New Year's Resolution (™) is to get ripped AF but I don't want to go to prison just for that.

Like, all my life I've thought that in order to get ripped AF you must consume a shitton of aminoacids and proteins while doing a shitton of hard exercise + cardio.
But these prison fuckers can't be eating that well, right?
RIGHT!? :ohnoes:

Like, wtf people eats in prison?
Meat everyday?
Protein shakes?
Asteroids/Hermiones?

PLEASE HALP!
I WANT TO BE RIPPED AF WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO PRISON FOR THAT!

You can start by making a shank from a spoon, file it down on a concrete floor. This will work out your forearms, biceps, and back. Before you do that, though, you can start to ferment apples in a plastic bag in your window. This will give you energy in your mind. Then, after you complete your shank, you then go and hunt a bear. Sneak on the bear. Wrestle bear. Shank bear in neck after many profane insults. Wrestling a near will work out all your muscles. This is where you should start.

    I used to drink alcohol fairly often. Never to the point of it being a problem, but like 2-3 beers with dinner each night, or a few cocktails or glasses of Scotch or something. Started smoking/vaping weed a lot a few years back which killed 90% of my interest in booze. Now I stopped smoking/vaping weed as much and just deal with life the boring way most of the time
