Your is possessive, only ever use this when you want to signify ownership

Your car, your hat, your dog

You're is a contraction (fusion) of You and Are

Only ever use this one if you could replace it with "you are" and it would still make sense

So just ask yourself in a sentence what is owned, if there is nothing owned then never use "your"

Then try to replace with "you are", if it works then use "you're"

There you should never mess it up again
