Gaming PS Vita game saves back up to another account.

Hi, I'd like to know if I can actually use my previous game saves to another account by backing up the Game Save to PC using Content Manager. Here's a rundown on what I wanna do so please confirm me if it's possible or not.

What I have:

PS Vita with 8GB Memory Card
Final Fantasy X HD and Final Fantasy X-2 HD games (Physical)
1st PSN Account (the original one, linked to a PS Vita)
2nd PSN Account (the one I wanna put in my PS Vita)

What I wanna do/try:

1 = I'd like to backup the game saves of my FFX and FFX-2 to PC
2 = After backing up, I format my PS Vita (deactivate account, etc. etc.)
3 = Then turn on the PS Vita, watch the long intro, blah blah blah
4 = Sign in with the 2nd PSN Account (new one) to the PS Vita and then use the Content Manager to bring back the game saves of FFX and FFX-2 to the Vita

Now my question is.. Will my game saves still work on my PS Vita even if I'm now using a new PSN Account?

no as they are locked to the account they are played on

I think, in the wake of trophies, Sony decided they didn't want people sharing saves between accounts.
