After a few hours it went off and I thought it was fully charged but even though it turned on it's on low battery and after plugging an usb charger now no charging light turns on at all...

I have the exact same problem . Blinking orange light for 2-3 minutes then boom ....no light . But when it turns on low battery and I can't charge it
