PS5 EDM-030 beep but not turn on.

my ps5 just died.
i found the power supply was dead, so i replace that, now i am getting 12v.
F7002 getting 5v and 3.3v
anyone get a voltage map of the new EMD-033.
i search around didn't find any short or any component stand out as broken.
wondering what i should check next.
