A long pulsing blue light is mostly APU related.
Till now I encountered:
A) liquid metall found its way through the sealing on the APU and is shorting one or more little components surounding the die.
B) broken solder joint/connections between APU and mainboard
Checked under the tape. There was some that got through but wasn't touching anything. It's all been cleaned out and the problem remains.

Checked, there was some LM under that tape. Cleaned, still the same problem but am now getting no response from the APU instead of the RAM issue as I got before.

Keeping this PS5 for parts in the future instead.

Hi guys Ps5 edm 10 ,bluray version, 5 sec blod uart code:
80810001 General Power Failure
C0810002 HDMI IC PROBLEM or Power Failure
All standby voltages presents, diode readings fine ,no short on motherboard, but stuck at 10 mAmps on boot sequence...
HDMI IC already replaced, what next Southbridge, Rams,SSD controller? Thx.

üþ

i use a FT232L to connect at the computer.

i have try with PS5 Code reader and nothing.

I have connect the cable like the video of BTW and the screenshot
now i have try with the another rx and tx point in the video of BTW when is connecte the uart reader to the PMU but nothing and i have try with a another computer i think the ps5 dont like me xd :(

PS5, 1 beep, 2 sec. blue light then power off.
UART error code:
80050000: APU VRM (2 Phases) Power Fail

Can you help me where to find issue with it?

I have no experience with failed VRM at the PS5, but I would check the both top mosfets on the backside of the both bigger inductors on the side of the APU. Maybe one or both are not funcional anymore.

Beside the correct points shown below, the voltage at the programmer has to be 3.3V on TX and RX. Otherwise the southbridge will stop the communication.

...

This errors are strange. The time stamp has no value. There seems to be a problem between southbridge and nor.

The southbridge was changed, after that the error was related to ram ic 1 and 4 has been changed, and the errorlog i sent is the actual behavior

New southbridge. -> errlog: 80801109 appears
new ram ics 1 & 4 -> errlog without time stamp

Sounds to me like the southbridge is not able to access the ram.

Before changing the ram, it gave me error 80801109 and 80801101, do you siggest changing with another southbridge or reballing it?

Would be interesting to know what happend, if the both old swapped ram ics are soldered back.
Are the replacement ram ics the same brand and model as the rest?

It is a bit mixed up or unclear for me.

The errors you postet:

six times error with no time stamp
Exxxxxxx FFFFFFFF (time stamp)

followed by older errors
80000009 0071744D (time stamp)
80000009 006979E3

If you clear the error codes, the Exxxxxxx errors doesn't appear again?

It seems to be power related at the ssd circuit. I would check if fuse F7001 is good and check if right from the ssd pmic at the little ic 5V (red) and 2V (blue) are present in standby. If you power on the PS5 at the ssd pmic the four voltages should appear.
