is it possible to install a Game Update Patch, without needing the Full Game PKG, To just be able to Back Port Just the Game Update Patch and install the update and it works?

or will i have to redownload the Game itself?

that depends. if you make an update pkg in anyway, basically, you'd need the base game. you can dump the game from your system if you want using one of lapy's tools. I've never used it, so I don't have any experience with it, but the pkg will be identical to the one you installed.
