When i bought a R4i Gold Plus last Christmas. I quickly found it to be an annoyance with cheats and download play hardly working. There wasen't an official fix at the time, i think there is now.... but meh. Anyway, here's a somewhat better firmware for the R4i Gold Plus,

Just extract that to the root of your micro sd.
I dont have EVERY game ever made for the Ds, so i dont know how compatible it is, i havent run into a game that it wont run yet tho.
I made a account on here just to help anyone if they were as enraged as me when i got that fake card. Hopefully you it will help your experience with the R4i Gold plus must more pleasant .
