What is the online mode about? I really want to play online, but I can't, with my security for internet..

I'm waiting for my DSi, so I can finally play online

Can I play with up to three friends? And you just chose a dungeon and start playing?

What do you mean?
If you're concerned about people accessing your wireless network, don't use Wireless.
The Nintendo DS/Lite uses WEP which is easy to crack, but WPA is crackable too.
If someone wants in, they'll get in.

You can play with up to 3 people either by DS Wireless (close proximity) or WiFi.
There also seems to be a way to PVP, though I'm not sure how to access it.

You'll be waiting a pretty long time...
We went from 11 main translators and 6 translators at the start of the project down to 3 translators now.
One of them is working on an app to make smaller patches.
I've said more than once that progress is slowing down.

I hate to say it, but... unless more translators volunteer, I think this project is going to fizzle out.

As it stands, the game is more than playable.
You can work your way through the game using the quests menu.
Most of what's left untranslated is the dialogue for quests/story.

i think a lot left because of stability issues in the patches, are they a lot better now or is the coding still an arse.

ps. am loving the effort put into this and whatever ends up happening i applaud everyones involvement.

I don't think anyone on the team left because of the patches.
The project started up shortly before Christmas break when the game came out.
When I 'took over' it was during Christmas break and we had plenty of people.
Once Christmas break ended, a few people dropped off due to school and what not.
Most of those who stayed ended up dropping off slowly -- Finals / Real Life / etc.
While I cannot speak for everyone, I think the amount of text included in the game was a surprise.
I think that less than 25% of the game is currently translated.

Bug Report:

I was playing and my game got the black screen and the music kept playing.

I am on the part where you are supposed to head to Geffen from Prontera. I went to the screen where you see the blacksmith sprite run by and then headed to the gate and talked to the soldier. I was told the 'boss' was back in town at the pub. I headed back there and went to the pub and had a brief exchange with the merchant looking guy. After that I checked my quest book to see what I needed to do since the script was in JP. It said the boss has headed to the lake. Before I left the pub I talked to the pub guy to see if more quests were available. I noticed none were and exited the menu and that is when it went black. I've completed the first 4 quests in the pub. I'm an Archer. Not sure what other information to give. I've talked to the pub guy alot for quests, but this is the first time it has frozen. I was using the newest patch.

I played with this some more and it seems its just doing the black screen + music when I look at the 'Quest Info' -> 'Quest'.

Hello twiz! I'm currently @ the Chapter where I already created my own guild. I'm wondering if what Chapter I am?

Also, is there any other class aside from the default class? Like Dancer, Rogue etc? Because I've been seeing super novices and Monk already o.o

i had the same prob with the questThe problem was the 3rd Quest. The one for the Equipment Shop.
Equipment Shop was called "Weaponry", but I was not happy with the name (It sells more than Weapons).
When I first changed it in the file, it was 25 characters long. The max length is 24 so the name was crashing.

It's actually the BLACKSMITH you're doing the quest for, It will be fixed next patch.

After accepting, "Knight Member's Request" I would crash if try to open the menu or leave the pub. I can still talk to the npc and if I talk to Master, I am able to complete the quest. After completing the quest i still cant leave and if talk to Master again i would also crash.

P.S. Copying the save and game file to my desktop and running it in No$gba I had no problem with this quest. So it might be a problem with the M3Real card.

The emulator crashes a lot less than any regular card, so, I wouldn't rely much on it.

I'll test it on my card in a few.
I expect to have another patch out tonight which has a few minor changes/fixes.

played this using the patch from 2 days ago and i got to say the battle system is pretty bland does it get better?
