Hacking Rawdump 1.3 Final

A new version of Rawdump has been released. This should fix any previous problems, so long as you are using it with one of the compatible drives.

Changes 1.2beta - 1.3:
- Changed code to be compatible with Windows x64 and Windows x32
- Fixed random crashes
- Better errorcorrection code

Since it now works in 64 bit windows, it has no problem running in Vista!

Some peeps still reporting crashes. It's suspected to be in the code that detects a valid drive. We'll look into it tomorrow. It's been a long day.
