Well, if you have an account at this site, then you can download torrents that are more than a couple weeks old, I think.

They've been open for a day.
I've had my account for a month now, only difference I've noticed is that there are less torrents available than on most public trackers. No speed change.
Whereas, all my other private trackers are speedy.
