emuiibo only emulates amiibo, it doesnt create/generate them

It emulates a specific Amiibo using an API that doesn't involve any copyrighted materials, it doesn't generate and/or create these files.

download of images not possible?! error code 60. whatever that means.

edit: was a "hosts" file issue that blocked ninty servers. dunno why that is needed for amiibo generator.

you don't do much, this code is the result of an API and is used by software to process it and do something, by example, generate emuiibo JSON files, etc.

as long as it is your legal copy, you won't have much trouble. CFW alone does not get you banned, I guess.

Yep, the game is physical and 100% legal, I used emuiibo combined with this and unlocked the amiibo gear! Had to do it while being online though.
I wasn't banned, do you know if the bans are immediate? or do they take time to take effect? Either way, I have already done it so no going back, but just wanted to say that it works pretty good.

There are inmediate bans, delayed bans and wave of bans, so you will never know until happen.

What would be a preferred ui? A table to view the data and select the amiibo from or an image grid where you can view details about an amiibo? (dont mind searching etc, its just about whats more relevant or efficient to you)

The ability to hide columns that don't concern us will be appreciated. Same if the image grid path is chosen, would like that option to hide information not needed at the time

I thought something like this may work. Still playing around with a few things but its like 80% functional.

I 100% want to try to use the webbrowser as GUI because afaik that has never been done before.
Sadly that comes with some drawbacks.

For example in homebrew, i can get the last visited browser url which allows me to pass the IDs of selected amiibo as arguments but that url has a maximum length of 1000.

Using a base url length of 50, would leave me with (1000-50)/16= ~59 amiibo ids i can pass.
They look like this: 00000000-00340102 or 09c50301-02840e02

Since they are hex, i can not shorten those ids with letters in them, but i can shorten a few that have no letters or a low number in them. The first example could be shortend to x0x53086, the second example (at least as far as i am aware) can not be shortend at all. If all ids could be shortened to a one length hex number (with an "x" prefix), i would be able to pass almost 240 ids but thats very unrealistic.

There are certain things that i can do to go around that limit, for example pass only the ids that should not be generated or just pass "all" to generate all amiibos but in the end, i think handpicked you will never be able to generate more than 50 at once.

Not a huge limitation but still annoying. I want to try to modify the browser to allow for better communication but thats a different project, unrelated and somewhere in the distant future.
