Homebrew [Release] virtuanes 3DS with local multiplayer (using Input Redirection)

Today is the day of virtuanes. This is a port of bubble2k16 virtuanes supporting 2 players using Input Redirection. It's the fourth emulator I've added this feature to. The other three are blargSnes, snes9x_3ds and PicoDrive, which were announced in this posts:

To play with someone else, you need an Input Redirection client (android or windows), a gamepad connected to the device running the Input Redirection client and fill in the IP address of the 3DS in the Input Redirection that is running (please do not enable Input Redirection server in the CFW of the 3DS. Emulators have their own Input Redirection server).
