Just saw a premiere screening of the movie this is based on and it was AWESOME! Sound track was great too! My favorite bite though was all the gamer references hidden throughout the movie.... Mario coins, Zelda samples.... Various level ups and 8bit and 16bit graphics mixed in... I thought the tag line was lame, but now I agree.... I epic of epic epicness....

Please say that this is also on the PSP.....That so looks like the coolest game ever (surprising since its based off a movie)
I do believe I saw a 'Best PS3 Exclusive' award.
Though I wish it were not so. Because this game looks so damn awesome!

A. I cannot wait for this movie.

B. I cannot wait for this game.

Holy shit. It's like River City Ransom meets Castle Crashers. See Also- Zombie Smashers X & Zombie Smashers X2. Both are small PC games (of which i purchased both) and it's in the same style of RCR & Scott Pilgrim. Beat shit up, collect coins, buy new things to upgrade yourself.

Also- Anamanaguchi is fucking balls awesome. (fyi)

I saw a Warp Pipe on the PS3... That means Sony had it first.

Why can't Nintendo come up with their own ideas?

This would be great on the PSP....I think some games needs to be handheld (Megaman 9 and 10 for example)...These or the small type of games ya play on the go...but I'lll still get it for the PS3

Holy shit, prior to viewing the comments, I said to my girlfriend, "This looks like a mix between Castle Crashers, and River City Ransom."

So happy to hear it's coming to 360, will be buying.

I'll quote the author of the Scott Pilgrim series on this one: "The game is awesome, and I hope it gets really popular, so it gets ported to all different types of systems" (or something like that, my memory from the SDCC panel is a bit hazy)

I thought when this was announced that there was going to be PSP, DS & Wii versions too?

Damn shame if its only PSN/XBLA.
