Can't Reproduce Shouting bug

I don't know if it's cause I'm on chrome mobile but when the shouting refreshes (checks for posts/edits/etc) it goes yo the very top of the chat (to the oldest messages)

This is a problem with Chrome, other browsers don't have this problem. I myself use Dolphin Browser with the Jetpack addon, I would suggest using that.

i stopped use Dolphin after it was discovered that it records your history and sends it to a server but that's off topic.

Err...that's not exactly what happened. It was more of a case of the Dolphin server used to format pages to the "Webzine"/mobile format wasn't encrypted, it was stored via plaintext. This was fixed like...the day after it was discovered in a patch.
