I second the idea of adding Dualshock 4 support. You could use the HID code implemented in Nintendont, it works flawlessly there.

Hi I found this on the homebrew browser. Great stuff! I posted the other day about trying to remove turbo on snes9xRX but i couldn't figure out how to do it so this is great. I will use this simply because of that. It feels like an official nintendo product so hats off to the yourselves and the snes9xgx folks!

No problem. Stay safe, i'm in the parts industry myself so luckily i'm not AS affected but I do get spooked about getting sick. If there's anything I can to do help feel free to pm me. I just got back to the wii scene after being absent for about a decade so there's so many new discoveries. TBH I thought virtual console was the best way to get snes games going on the wii but I don't believe that anymore. Nice crisp 240p on a CRT, so easy a birdonwheels can do it!

Just a little more patience, it's very close :)

@DarthBellic: FCEUX TX has been updated with the latest FCEUX + a lot of modifications

For Snes9x TX it is based on the official version, so with all the work of Tantric and Bladeoner + some modifications

+ a nice UI for both which I hope you will like ;)

It's up to you to try to see what suits you best ^^

Works great from the time i've played on it so far. Here's something I've been wondering if you don't mind me asking. I see you use a xbox 360 controller with it, now I have a 8bit-do sn30 pro+ (way too long of a name in my opinion lol). My 8bitdo works in nintendont, but I have to pair it in Mac OS mode (start + a). I tried that, x-input, and the d-input mode in snes9xtx with no luck.

I intend to take this controller, as soon as I have it, I will add it ;)

Otherwise, new alternative channels (for Snes9x TX and FCEUX TX) based on Flo_o channels, and music of NES/SNES mini in very good quality with perfect loop.

That is sweet, thanks Tanooki. I love using that controller ith nintendont. I've been thinking of cutting notches around the joystick to make it more like 8 direction stick.

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

Did you feed the hamster in your internet router? It prob died and is running slow now.

@BigOnYa, why did you start saying my pc has a hamster in the first place?

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
