Hacking Emulation Sonic Heroes doesn't show up in nintendont

Hey Guys.
Im trying to install sonic heroes on my wii but when i start nintrendont the game doesn't show up on the game list.
I tried to install the iso from diffrent sites and rename the iso to "game.iso" and put it in a folder (the iso disappeared after i logged in nintendont).
Can some one help me with that.
Btw i noticed that the other isos have 2 game id's but i can't find the sonic heroes one

you might have hidden extensions on your pc so you are actually calling the iso game.iso.iso
