Finally, it's almost time! Wii version isn't gimped (apart from visuals) correct? Thinking about the iPhone version if it's really good but definitely getting it on PSN first

The Wii-version is indeed exactly the same as the other console-version just with a resolution-downgrade (obviously

). It is not like the graphics are particularly very graphically demanding, even though very beautiful. Here is a video of the Wii-version from a few weeks ago:


But the game will definitely look crisper on the "HD-consoles"

I think I`ll get the Wii and the iPhone version, since I like something to pick up and play on my phone and usually I enjoy playing games like Sonic more when I get to know the level!

I think this game looks a lot more like the Sonic Advance series than the original hedgehog series, although only able to play as sonic is a good throwback to the very first sonic.

I'm pretty sure all console versions are the same new and improved version. The Wii version will obviously not be as good looking however, but I've heard that the iPhone is a gimped old build without all the new physic fixes and such.
I hate how the entire screen spins during loops. Looks tacky and useless.
Old build eh. Weird. I remember reading that the iphone was the main unit from the designing point of view. Agree that the extra effects are useless. Wish they'd just design it for the consoles from the groundup. Though I do wonder how much was changed from the original leaked Xbox version and the new one that's coming. Wish I still had my jtagged xbox!

Hey that does look pretty nice!

Off screen footage but that does look nice enough! Just hope the gameplay holds up to at least a 7 on regular review standards, then I'll be happy enough.

Yeah. Fans shouldn't expect more than gba/ds sonic quality

Cool. I'm very interested in the physics of this game, I hope it feels more like the Genesis games rather than the Sonic Rush games.
