Hardware Hacking Sound and 3D slider inverted

So I bought a used hacked old 3ds XL and it seemed working well at first sight. Later that day I turn on the 3D and the 3ds muted, I figured out that the volume slider is not working and the sound and 3D are controlled by the 3D slider. I think it’s a software related issue because when I turn the volume up with the “sound homebrew” the 3D effect increases, not the volume. Does anyone know how to restore the 3D slider back to normal ?

Thanks for the reply. I reset the 3ds from the official menu, format the sd card and download and install all home brew apps from scratch. But still having the issue :/
