I have a OG V1 Switch that has been working fine for many years but in the last while I've been having issues with the SD card reader disconnecting while on. I've tried multiple cards and get to the point where I have now replaced the SD card slot but its still happening.
Googling around all point to people with broken SD card slots but not the same problem. I've checked the PINs connecting the reader to the motherboard and they all look good. I've reseated this connector multiple time and put extra foam to keep it connected and sometimes it will turn up again and read fine but within a few minutes the SD card reports as ejected and wants to shut down.
Obviously this is all quite frustrating as the replacement (and original for matter) sometimes work but inevitably decide to disconnect.
Any one have similar issues and solutions?
