China has an invisibility cloak. It will hide drones from enemy sight Chinese scientists have created an invisibility cloak that may have a number of military applications. In this way, drones and, ultimately, also larger objects can "disappear".
The concept of objects disappearing without a noticeable trace, not only in controlled laboratory conditions, but also in everyday life, has long aroused public interest. Now scientists from Zhejiang University have presented an intelligent invisibility cloak that can hide flying objects from the observer's view.
The task of this unusual device is to neutralize external factors while remaining undetectable in all conditions. The key here is how to manipulate metasurfaces to shape the scattering field, as described in detail in the journal Advanced Photonics.
Chinese drones will literally disappear, but this is just the beginning Invisibility in the strict sense does not exist, because every object leaves some trace, but manipulating technologies and materials in such a way as to ensure maximum radar undetectability is crucial in the military sector. The emergence of metamaterials and transformative optics has sparked great interest in "invisibility cloaks" that hid objects from the observer's view, but mainly in terrestrial or aquatic conditions. So far, such technology has not been achieved for flying objects.
Experts emphasize that numerous challenges include the requirement to use tunable metasurfaces with complex amplitudes and the lack of intelligent algorithms to deal with internal problems such as incomplete input data and uniqueness. Chinese scientists have developed an innovative unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that can become "invisible". This is thanks to a special technique that changes its appearance and behavior, adapting the surface in time and space. This allows it to blend in or stand out in various environments such as water, land or air.
An innovative neural network helps the drone find the best way to adapt to external conditions, trying different options and choosing the one that has the highest chance of success. The Chinese have reportedly tested this technology in the field and it works very well, making the drone "invisible" in various settings. The study description reads: In a fully autonomous experiment, we implement this concept on an unmanned drone and demonstrate adaptive invisibility in three canonical landscapes - sea, land and air - with a similarity coefficient of up to 95 percent. The combination of deep learning, powerful control systems and space-time metasurfaces opens up the world of invisibility cloaks to flying platforms. The Chinese hope that their work has potential applications beyond its immediate scope. It can act as a catalyst for future research in materials discovery and the development of adaptive meta-devices.

Is time tunnel so-called Einstein-Rosen Bridge/Wormhole the same as for instance like in case of Project Stargate in case of during Philadelphia Experiment?

Both Carl Meredith Allen/Carlos Miguel Allende and Morris K. Jessup seemed to witness Experiment Philadelphia for their very own naked eyes.

Its fun, I like it, even tho I'm not a big harry potter fan. Like a wizard rpg. Flying around on a broomstick is cool.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    Flying sucks ass on it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Nuh just takes a min to get used to. I think you can upgrade or buy new broomstick also that are better.
