Hacking Touch Screen not working with some DS Games on Flashcart

Specifically, when I touch the middle of the screen, it thinks that I'm touching it in the far upper right, (from where I'm touching) and I'm having this issue with WarioWare: D.I.Y. and Rhythm Heaven. Those are the only games that stopped working correctly. I know that the ROMs aren't bad because they used to work, but now they don't. How do fix?

I tried that, both in system settings and by launching a .nds version of the og ds firmware
