Hacking ROM Hack Unable to extract contents from .app file with ShowMiiWads

Hi, has been long time since I try Wii hacking, around 7 years , I'm trying to extract the contents of a wad file, I succesfully extracted the .app file using ShowMiiWad 1.5.2, but when I go to Tools -> Unpack U8 file -> select 00000005.app I got an error message

Would be greatful is someone can guide me or give me any hint in order to extract the contents out the game.

What game or WAD are you trying to extract specifically?

I already unpacked it, seems I got an invalid wad, no intro from the archives worked fine
