Hacking Update Wii Shop channel?

I've hacked my Wii with preloader, cIOScorp, homebrew channel and the usual.
When I enter the Wii Shop channel I get an update screen, which wont let me pass unless I update.
Is it safe to update?
Or is there an homebrew app I can use to update it?

You can use the newest DOP-IOS MOD to install a clean IOS61 (newest version) and the newest Shopping Channel.

If you have no WiFi, you can also download the IOS and channel with NUS Downloader and install em with wad manager

I used WiiSCU, it's very good, just choose to update "Wii Shop Channel" and "IOS61".
DON'T UPDATE IOS60 IF YOU HAVE 4.0 or 4.1
