Hacking wad error

wad manager keeps giving me error when i try to run it( i have 0.3 gamma cios installed and homebrew channel installed) im on 3.1e, any help please

be sure to use v1.3 of wad manager !!

i have tried v1.3 and i get same error. i can run dvd dumper 1.2 from sd card but i would like a dumper channel.

what wads are not installing ?

wad manager gives me error so no wads are installing( ive tried a few dif wad managers and installers and get same error). should the wads i have be named something other than what they are
or can they be named anything. mant thanks
