Gaming Wii game block size list?

Does anyone have or know of a list that has the block sizes for wii and wi shop games? Also I wanted to know if installing a wad makes that installed thing take up more blocks, because I couldn't believe that final fantasy dlc took up 300 blocks.

I don't think it's actually "full" but it's a good way to start.

Create an emunand and in usbloader GX you can use that instead of real nand and you will have infinite space for saves or wiiware games.
