I could play minutes, sometimes hours and work perfectly, but sometimes in second it turns off, I have not idea what things I must check with the tester, I cleaned the batery port, but it does not help, any idea?

What batteries are you using ?
Perhaps your rechargeable batts need replacing, or use the throw-away batts.
Once they age, the performance fades & become weirdly unpredictable.

batteries work well, I can play with 'em with another wiiremote with not problems, I think is something about the hardware, but I am not sure which one

That sounds like that wiimote is heading towards R.I.P. :(
(Hardware ??) Besides the Wii, Wiimote sensor & your Wiimote ... not many obvious suspects.
Is there any difference in failure when the room lighting differs ?
Wiimote settings ?
Wiimote sensor location ?
Sensor plates need cleaning ?

try to re-sync the remote (i can't post links yet, but web search "How to Sync a Wii Remote with a Wii Console" for nintendo's official instructions). if you have other wireless devices nearby try moving them or turning them off. also if your wireless router is neaby and capable, try enabling bluetooth coexistence.
