So, I was wondering if anyone has been able to find (with a packet sniffer, etc) a WiiWare game's Title Operations Guide? I'm trying to locate the guide for MegaMan 9 as a test & so far, no luck. My guess (I could be completely wrong) is that the manual is probably encased in some .arc file (like the emanual.arc file in Virtual Console games) and then wrapped in a .WAD file. I was just wondering if anyone has had more luck than I have
