Hardware Misc GBA multiple saves for a single game? EZ Flash ODE

My wife and I both want to be able to play a game on my gbasp with the ezflash ode, but the game itself doesn't support multiple different playthroughs/saves. Is this something the ezflash supports when it checks for a .sav file?
