Yes, i know you can play mario world on the 3ds with snes9x just fine but, yknow, I just want to rub it in to nintendo juuust a little.

So, apparently, nintendo just dropped a new fresh 3ds update. Why? Well, idfk. But, turns out there were some changes applied to certain apps like the eshop app.
BECAUSE OF COURSE! THE ESHOP HAD TO BE UPDATED! THANK GOD!
Metroid prime 4? Releasing NSO games frequently instead of one game per century? NOPE! LET'S UPDATE THE FUCKING ESHOP APP WHICH WE CLOSED BY THE WAY.
I wished that was all to this update but no. It turns out (idk if this is 100% true), bannerbomb3 has been patched (at least for the "new" systems).
Now, a really good question for you, big N.
What the actual fuck did you accomplish by doing this?
Like, seriously. I don't get it. You literally returned to a console you JUST killed, just to patch a hacking exploit.
MAYBE, and i repeat MAYYYYYYYBEEE, it's because you can inject all kinds of virtual console to the 3ds? Or because the hshop basically exists now?
In that case: HEY, YOU HAVE A NICE FUCKING SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE RIGHT THERE, IF YOU USE IT CORRECTLY, THE AVERAGE SWITCH OWNER MIGHT CONSIDER GETTING NSO, OR EVEN UPGRADING TO THE EXPANSION PASS.
But nahhh how on earth would THAT work?
Also btw, remember the wii vc? Nah, you don't, it never existed what the hell are you talking about? A good list of old games, emulated correctly, at reasonable prices for each one, which didn't require a subscription serivce? Nah, you're talking nonsense.
