Hello! So I am playing the pokemon soulsilver and I was wanting to know how to evolve the tradable pokemon? Mainly onix, haunter, and machamp, but any/all that I could get would be great!

You can setup a real DS or emulator such as MelonDS to connect to community run servers and trade online as normal.
WFC instructions for MelonDS, you can change the DNS settings on a real DS to get online also.
Wiimmfi was popular for Pokemon last time I checked, although I don't actively use it at the moment.
