Looking for long-running TV Series

Hello

I'm currently looking to extend my tv series library.
I'm looking for long-running anime with a basic lore
By basic lore, I mean that there is a story, not just like some policemen show where it is "an episode, a case" and no backstory
By long-running, I mean that they have LOT of seasons and are still running
By lot of season, i mean something like 4-5 seasons or more and are still confirmed as renewed/not cancelled.

I don't have much restriction as to what type of shows.
I've watched many kind of shows corresponding to those description, such as The Blacklist, a cops show, Supernatural, a fantasy show, and Walking Dead, a science-fiction post-apocalyps show

If anyone know shows that match such description, I'd thank you for sharing its title here

Detective Conan (Case Closed) 名探偵コナン (Meitantei Konan) - one of the longest running anime ever
Doraemon ドラえもん (Doraemon) - same
Maybe it's too obvious but One Piece is also one of the longest anime/manga of all time too.)

Psycho Pass サイコパス (SAIKO PASU)
Baccano! バッカーノ! (Bakkano) - one of my favorites of all time but as it always happens very short! REEEEE)

Now that Amazon bought Neighbours, I think I read you'll be able to stream many of those epidodes.
England has popular soap operas, nice Welsh one called Pobol y Cwm if you don't mind subtitles.

Utopia, English version of 2013, it's a tv series that only has two seasons but frankly it's a little gem
