Gaming Hardware Mario & Sonic 2016 White screen

In Mario & Sonic 2016, the white screen occurred when entering menu. And stuck at loading as gauge does not increase.
What kind of bug is this? Delete all data also has no effect.
I would like to know if the error is a firmware version. The firmware version is latest one, 11.17.0-50U. I remember it works fine at 11.9.0-42U.
I'm experienced these issue when the game resumed on October 3, 2022, three years after June 11, 2019.

Try another physical cartridge or a digital version if you got cfw.

Even if it works on other device (Old 3DS, 11.16.0-49U), the result is still same.

The answer is game card data was damaged.
The character model disappeared from the character select screen. Resolved after replaced it with new one.
